Application for Readmission

Former Columbia College students who seek to re-enroll must submit a Readmission Application to the Registrar's Office. A student’s eligibility for readmission is determined by consultation between the offices of Student Affairs, Provost, Financial Aid and Tuition Accounts.

NOTE: Students seeking to re-enroll that have not attended Columbia College within the last 5 years will need to re-apply with a standard application and submit all documents required for the program in which they are wishing to enroll in. Please contact the Admissions Office at 1.800.277.1301 for application requirements and details.

Students who are readmitted to the College are subject to the requirements listed in the Bulletin of the year of readmission, unless they have been granted a leave of absence.
